ST 指南规定，业主应委任至少具备电气监督员级别的合格人员，每两年至少检查安装一次，并及时向相关 ST 地区办事处提交报告。
此定期检查不同于一般维护或服务检查。

Yes. Suruhanjaya Tenaga states that an electric fence requires written approval to build and written approval to use. The application is made through the ECOS system.
